Jänner 2015* > > As an Operations Analyst, I am constantly reviewing our company's historical financial data and trying to recognize trends to determine what type of consumer behavior we can expect tomorrow, a week from now, a month from now, etc. Operating multiple restaurants in over 10 major airports across the US, the importance of MIRUS is immeasurable when it comes to being able to analyze this type of large data quickly. This tool provides an infinite amount of possibilities when it comes to creating reports - any idea I can come up with is able to be quantified and reflected in a report within seconds. I use it daily to keep tabs on everything from Menu Sales Mixes to the daily amount of Voids there were as a percentage of Total Transactions. Outside of sales information, MIRUS goes above and beyond when it comes to helping our company run efficiently - it has helped me pinpoint potential employee theft in a given restaurant, and lets me see who has been forgetting to clock-out at the end of the day (driving the Overtime dollars up). I could not say enough good things about the customer service I receive from the MIRUS team. Any time I have a question or an idea about a new type of report I want to create, they are happy to help me with what ever it is that I am looking for.
