As our business grew larger by the year, it was getting more and more difficult to organize, oversee and manage both our internal processes and associated documentation. In implementing OWIS, we have managed to gain control of administration processes by simply creating different types of workflows for our mail and invoices registry, as well as for donations, fixed assets write-off and rendered services approval requests. Apart from the obviuos benefits, such as aforementioned control and moving towards paperless environment, OWIS helped in optimizing and streamlining our processes making their execution quicker and saving us time we had to spend on mundane and tedious tasks. To top it off, we were able to create and generate various reports in the system making our supervision even easier.
