> My wife's phone screen was badly damaged. I wanted to transfer all the data to a new phone (moto g3 - the exact same phone), but only about half of the data was successfully transferred. It was also advertised as free, but had to buy a one-time license to use the software. There were no instructions on sim card removal/placement or whether I needed to have a micro SD card in both phones before beginning the transfer (wasn't much data on the source phone).
