> **Vorteile**: I like the easy navigation for providers. It’s very simple to add necessary information and pricing.  The varies options for styles help with versatile stylist that offer many different services.

> **Nachteile**: I would advise changing the need to download the app via our referral links. It deters clients away from booking unless providers know the loophole of just googling Booksy and searching the stylist there but the website falsely gives credit ( which is hard to dispute at times) for the at route. 
I’d advise the confirmation methods that clients receive. They should receive a customized text or email that allows providers to add more information ( parking or directions help)

> I’d rate it a 3/5 because I’ve had a wonderful experience overall just a few things that I don’t agree with; no flexibility in confirmation message, referral links lead to mandatary app download, booksy boost disputes.
