SPULLOWS is a customized solution to generate the design, drafting, 3D modelling and costing of metal bellows. Calculations like number of convolutions, width, fatigue life cycle, stress, weight, tie-rod, sleeve, shroud, vibration etc. are done automatically.
SPULLOWS generates a manufacturing drawing of the bellows in AutoCAD or any other 2D drafting software with assembly and child part drawing along with BOM (Bill of Materials), Standards/Schedules used, a 3D model & costing sheet.
