Furthermore, the dairy has been a real asset, allowing me to see where and when my team are in one view. In addition, I can create quotations and invoices, upload correspondence and images straight to the client record. All this using just one package. The Customer Service provided has always been excellent. I have used the \`Ticket' System on numerous occasions for my queries and have always had an immediate response. As far as price is concerned, in my opinion, many of the competitors out there are charging the same or more for less features. As far as recommendation goes, for anyone in the lift industry looking for a complete solution to everyday jobs diary bookings, purchase orders and logging job details or conversations, we're happy to endorse. The team at AutoVu were very helpful getting us started and setting up our system. We operate a busy schedule with engineers site visit bookings coming in all day. we're able to send these directly to our field technicians through an app. As soon as the job is complete we get a notification and the invoice is sent out. Its simple to use once you get used to the format and allows us to design all our job tickets within the software. Purchase orders and invoices are easily linked to the site visits that makes tracking jobs really easy.
