Vorteile:

Airtable ist zu einem unverzichtbaren Werkzeug für die Verwaltung der Daten meiner mobilen Projekte geworden. Die Integration mit anderen Tools ist reibungslos und ich schätze die Flexibilität, die es für die Organisation meiner Datenbanken bietet

Nachteile:

Die tabellenartige Oberfläche kann manchmal in Bezug auf Funktionen und Formeln etwas eingeschränkt sein. Darüber hinaus erfordert der Zugriff auf einige erweiterte Funktionen ein kostenpflichtiges Abonnement

Super um eigene kleine Tools zu bauen!

Vorteile:

Super, Tool um kleine Automatisierungssoftware selber zu bauen. Ich konnte innerhalb von 30 Min. ein eigenes Recruiting Tool bauen. Was mir deutlich die weitere Arbeitet erleichtert hat.

Nachteile:

Bedienbarkeit könnte noch etwas besser sein – mehr Integrationen wären toll!

Great for Marketing Projects

Kommentare: I love it, it's my app of choice for most of my marketing processes.

Vorteile:

A lot of templates to start with. Highly customizable.

Nachteile:

Pricing depends on the number of users. A free account allows you up to 1000 registrations.

Airtable made me shine in my legal team

Kommentare: I am very satisfied, and the page I worked on with the help of Airtable gave me a lot of praise from my colleges. I presume this is because my colleagues where not familiar with Airtable (they thought it was only for finance managers) and I deployed it in a new way. I made a page with a couple subpages, where my colleagues can find monthly posts with short summaries of legal news about AI. For instance, what new EU legislation was passed, how AI affects company policies, etc. Even more, my team is planning to start more projects in Airtable:)

Vorteile:

Firstly, the fact that you can deploy your creativity and the tools provided by Airtable allow you to. Honestly, I can't compare it to other products simply because I don't know any analogs. Google tables or Microsoft excel are far more boring to work with, and most importantly, don't give you the fictionality to be as creative as you want. By being creative I mean making tables that look aesthetically pleasing (not boring like excel), nicely design interfaces of your page, link different parts of one page to another one. Secondly, the way you can collaborate with you team is on another level compared to Airtables' rivals. Another advantage is the fact that you have two different interfaces. One that is published to everybody, and the other that is open only to you. I find this very useful.

Nachteile:

Probably the fact that the website lags sometimes. This is especially visible when I switch between pages of my published base. It takes a second-two to load the page (my internet is super fast and my Mac is brand new so that's not the reason). Also, the guide that displays templates is not very useful if you don't intend to make a page about finance, hiring or managing teams. I made a page about laws governing the use of AI, but I ended up using a template for hiring people, which is a totally different topic, as I didn't have another option. Would be cool if the company broadened the topics of the templates and had some touching the topics of: blog posting, reviewing legislation, posting news.

Not bad but not great

It is easy for crm and player data being stored.

Nachteile:

Not too helpful and not easy to use for different task.

Power-featured tables

Kommentare: Airtable offers the ease of use and is less time consuming to do simple actions than Microsoft Excel

Vorteile:

Simplicity, design and power of the IA powered tools.

Nachteile:

Pricing can be a little bit expansive for growing teams.

Kommentare: We have this platform in mind within our company because it easily adapted to what we were looking for, which is to be able to track everything, both the management of a project and maintaining contact with clients linked to each project. The implementation of Airtable in my work environment maintains easy collaboration between work teams, it has allowed me to develop creativity by being able to enforce each guideline of a project, it is very interesting how everything is more organized with a tool like this. It is not necessary to have deep knowledge of this type of platform, despite the fact that it has a learning curve, the interface makes the work much simpler than it seems, thus being able to easily focus on just the management of projects in a collaborative way.

Vorteile:

It allows the visualization of projects in different ways, this flexibility helps us to make management easier depending on the preferences of each user in how they want to work. In addition, it is very easy to apply labels to each task, the reports have several formats and are very customizable. The number of platforms with which I can integrate with Airtable is another plus point, I love how I can easily connect tools from other sites which allows me to speed up my work, thus being able to practically automate my entire process of managing my projects. The useful form function is not lacking, where I can capture data to be able to apply it within the projects I worked on and continue to work on. Also, its mobile application is very complete, it is quite useful when at specific times we need to do something in the projects and only have a smartphone available, making all the work much faster and everything is done more fluidly because everything works on the fly with the mobile application.

Nachteile:

I must mention a con that has impacted me during the expansion of Airtable is that as more features are integrated, I have found that a learning curve has been added that was not present in the beginning of this platform. In addition, over time, the price has increased without any justification where other platforms seem more attractive and accessible since they offer the same features but maintain a considerable price for both individual users and companies of any size. Another complaint I have about this is that it has a limitation on the size of the attached files for each base. It could be logical that depending on the plan you have, the size of the file to upload varies, but it seems that this platform does not take this into account, so regardless of the plan you get, this will be a limitation to be able to attach important files that have a size that Airtable handles. The good thing is that it accepts any type of file, so it is somewhat acceptable.

Great for organizing and managing projects

Nachteile:

Airtable truly is a powerful database for the rest of us.

Kommentare: I run our entire company on Airtable. It started small and got bigger and more complex over the years. I could not have done it with any other similar platform. A tiny bit of coding can make your life on Airtable even easier—and the best part is that ChatCPT can write those lines of code for Airtable in no time. It's a dream-come-true.

Nachteile:

There is a tiny bit of a learning curve, but once you've understood the thinking behind everything, it's all logical and easy.

Airtable is a MUST have for business and for life!

Kommentare: I love Airtable and have been a user for about seven years. I use it daily for my business and my personal life. It keeps everything organized just the way I like it. The visual customization of the tables is crucial for someone like me who is a visual learner. Now with the introduction of ChatGPT I can expand my Airtable functionality by providing scripts and formulas that I otherwise would not be able to create.

Vorteile:

I love almost everything about Airtable. It's functionality is unmatched and I love the customization that's available. The automations are a life saver.

Nachteile:

I hate the cost. It's unbearably expensive for a one-person business who needs to have their clients be able to use the platform. It would be easier to digest if collaborator billing was on a tiered plan or if the admin/owner price was slightly higher to avoid making collaborators billable.

Working as my database solution.

Excellent database tool for all kinds of purposes

Kommentare: Bittersweet...it served us well, but to unlock the most useful features we had to pay a lot of money.

Vorteile:

Great user interface, and incredibly flexible.

Nachteile:

In order to have better record views, one must upgrade.

Effective Record Management

Kommentare: Overall experience with Airtable has been excellent. Once a base has been built and records created, it provides quick and easy access to information. My uses have included home inventory, travel planning, and member/volunteer management.

Vorteile:

Airtable allows for easy organization of data. It's simple to create a base and customize it for retention and retrieval of records and information. The ability to upload documents and include website links is terrific.

Nachteile:

Limitations on the number of records in the free version.

Handy Collaboration Software for Remote Teams

Kommentare: We've been very happy with the service from Airtable for managing some of our tasks and collaborative environments. It has a very intuitive design, you can just pick it up and start using it as soon as, and it basically requires no setup which was good for our IT resources. Other than that, it's reasonably priced, and maintains good performance even when a few people are working on the same sheet at the same time. Very happy overall.

Vorteile:

We really enjoy having a lot of different features available that we can explore, mainly stuff like document management, database, and data workflows. It lets you cover different needs without having to get a few separate tools and ten have to sync them together. The ability to consolidate all those feature sunder one roof is also good for the budget of course.

Nachteile:

I'm not sure if it rises up to the level of tools like Monday and Asana for project management. There aren't as many project customization options and it tends to get a bit all over the place when the number of projects starts to increase. It would be good to have more views for projects and more customizations on the project level.

Must-Have Blend of Spreadsheet and Database

Kommentare: Airtable is fantastic. I've made it a part of basically every publication and content hygiene process we have, and have recommended it to all our clients. If you work in marketing, this tool should definitely be at the top of your software stack.

Vorteile:

Airtable has been a genuinely game-changing piece of software for my business. I can't think of another tool that makes managing the content lifecycle so effortless. The way you can organise bases, set up automations, and easily manage everything from social media to email campaigns to content assets is exceptional, to the point where I've made it an integral part of our content processes with clients.

Nachteile:

Overall, Airtable is an excellent tool. If I was being picky, the two negatives that have stood out to me are the pricing (it gets quite expensive if you have multiple users working in a base) and the fact that it's not great at certain types of data management due to the way records work. You can't necessarily replicate everything you can do in Excel/Sheets here; it's much better as a way to track and manage assets than as a mathematical tool.

Airtable Streamlines Client/Agency Collaboration

Kommentare: We have also used Airtable as a database for clients -- it's a great collaborative tool and has more flexibility than Google Sheets/Excel.

Vorteile:

Airtable makes it easy for our agency to collaborate with clients on content management. Previously, we used Asana but the client could see too much into our internal back-end and collaboration. Airtable allows clients to see the front end, as well as submit revision request. This creates a cleaner, more professional experience for our clients.

Nachteile:

It has come with a slight learning curve, but if you take the time upfront to determine the most efficient ways to set up your bases; the time it takes to set it up/learn is minimal compared to how much time it will save you long-term!

Airtable is great for data, project, and inventory management

Kommentare: We were having trouble organizing and delegating tasks, but Airtable fixed that. This helps us because we now have an efficient tool with which to label team members and define who is responsible for what.

Vorteile:

Using Airtable to organize our team's activities and material has been fantastic. It works wonderfully, and it's a breeze to pass along to my coworkers. It's a great tool for organizing our thoughts and making plans.

Nachteile:

The only part of the interface I'm not crazy about is the part where you add things like Partners and Places. There are, in my opinion, a couple too many tabs.

Using airtable for project estimations

Kommentare: The experience with airtable is good at the beginning and great once you know how to use it,
The product is helping us to manage and breakdown projects, so that each row is a task with estimations, skillset, feature, story, epic ect, and using the grouping we can then assemble the sprints according to the manpower

Vorteile:

Very easy to onboard, user firendly, helping stracture projects, great usage of filters and groups, the fact that it almost predicts what type of data is there and suggest how to categorize it it great,

Nachteile:

It's hard to create reusable templates as each project we manage there is unique with it's own features, AI is not there yet and it can be a good addition to help take decisions and summary based on data

Great tool for nonprofit donation drive management

Kommentare: I managed a nonprofit social services program that took in tens of thousands of donations per year from the public. We needed a way to to organize different "drives" we were conducting and barrels or other resources we were allocating to different companies, school, churches, or other groups that were supporting us. Airtable was a highly powerful product that provided the blank slate we needed to customize to our particular needs and use case. It greatly enhanced our efficiency and visibility into this important part of our business.

Vorteile:

- So many different use cases -- highly adaptable to operational needs - Tons of integrations with other products - Mobile app is great -- very helpful for mobile workers who need to access and manage database on the go, such as a truck driver

Nachteile:

I have nothing bad to say about this product!

Vorteile:

I love the advanced tools like the drag and drop features that enable easy customization and working on various projects and many teams enhancing collaboration.

Nachteile:

The only downside is that the onboarding curve might take time.

An excellent organizational tool for teams

Vorteile:

It's a user-friendly system for keeping track of tasks. There are a variety of filters and labels you can add that makes using the platform easy for a team. Airtable has really streamline my team's work and solved a number of organizational issues for us.

Nachteile:

Occasionally there will be glitches where our Airtable doesn't refresh or update. While this is rare, it can be really disruptive to how our team works and then we need to go back and update the work that was done once the Airtable does refresh.
