I called for an issue with receiving an invoice from Exostar which I shouldn't have. She gave no apology, no interest in the query, I was left hanging in silence and she just replayed back to me what the incorrect invoice said. This was all after a ridiculously long phone system, where you have to sit and listen to multiple different "hit key 1 for this query, hit 2 for x query" type systems. Painful\!\!
