Navigating it becomes a chore rather than an asset.&#10;&#10;Another thing to think about is that if you have a lot of data to feed into a CRM then this is not the tool for you. It's so complicated simply because their algorithms for consuming the data are so dense. Filled with errors and retries, lots of hours wasted.

The company has constantly added features - from email-campaigns ou of the CRM to rights management to manage teams and so forth. It works out of the box and is very easy to integrate.
