WorkRamp is always asking for customer feedback and is so involved in the entire process - you never feel alone. More than that, I don't feel like a customer, I feel like a teammate and that is priceless. WorkRamp has taken our onboarding and continuous enablement program from nothing to something to recon with\! Can upload SCORM courses, but not working consistently. WorkRamp does not support xAPI at all. Both experiences have been poor. I expected that the issues I had three years ago with WorkRamp with another organization would be resolved now that I am in a new company that also uses WorkRamp. It looks and acts completely the same. The same problems. The same interface. No improvements. In fact a lot of the improvements I was told would be "coming soon" three years ago... still nothing.
