Most apps are too focused on customer service, and when you have to internally work on tasks across different threads that aren't related to CS they seriously lag and honestly end up being so expensive for what they offer. I settled with Missive after testing 15+ apps. Missive is made for speed, collaboration and for managing tasks. I love the ease of use, and how simple they make it. Because as soon as you have 50+ emails coming in and a multitude of tasks, things start to get complex fast and that's where simplicity helps. We manage 1000s of emails with ease. I am VERY HAPPY with Missive and I don't think there are other apps in this space that even work for our need. They have many native integrations and you can integrate with API and automations via Make and Zapier. You can easily add your task management apps and whats great is that you can have it all visible inside Missive. Which is so nice when you are using CRM's and other apps. I really enjoy how Missive is doing business. They KNOW that their customers wishes and needs are what their app should help solve, and they are continuously working to help solve any problem the community shares. > > **Nachteile**: - I wish I could add more inboxes. - I wish there would be an integrated ticket system you could add to specific inboxes.
