When we struggle to get information disseminated among our staff we start by asking "How can we use Connecteam to help us through this?" and find a solution quickly.

I've turned off notifications for scheduling but still find that I get a lot more notifications than I need to be receiving--and I'm the general manager, so I usually need to be in the know. I also wish there was a way to increase the urgency of a shift that is open and needs to be filled and communicate that to staff without necessarily filling up our chat.
