There is a way to see the amount of clicks, but it does not inform me of who clicked on it. Pastorline said their purpose for this was to help make sure people didn't "fall through the cracks" but we found it's only real purpose ended up being causing our team to feel spammed, it was a redundant nuisance. PastorsLine is a no brainer for us to stay with. They are the best at what they do and they have so many more options than other companies. The way they have it set up is someone can send in a keyword and you would get the 1st automated text, then they can reply to that and have a 2nd follow up automated text and that's it. We use it to communicate, send out information, sign people up for things, send polls, make people feel special with automated birthday text.
