> **Vorteile**: - I really like that we have an overview of all the active promotions like discounts, gift cards and loyalty programs in a simple dashboard.
- Moreover, we can segment the promos - eg generate it for or restrict to the specific target groups. 
- It's really great that we can set the triggers when the discount should be generated and for how long it is valid - we love the countdown feature where we display to the Customer the ticking clock\!
-The Customer Persona view - before Vouchery, we had Customers who clearly abused some of our promotions. Now, we can see it immediately and block specific Customers from using the vouchers.

> **Nachteile**: I would like more integrations to popular marketing software, ( I would like to sync the customer data) but that's something they're working on already. Also, would be nice to have more triggers available that generate the coupons.
