Let me give you a tiny snip of information to see what I am referring to: all holidays have to be manually added to timecards every time (there is no way to place your holidays in to auto place it for that day based on pay group etc.), no reports that are created can be ran to PDF, and while on reporting, there isn't a feature to search for what you are looking for. You have to click around to find where the item is to add it to your report. There is no feature to request a missed punch, so managers (or me) have to manually enter missed punches. I mean, I could go on for hours about how this system has made my life harder.
