From sending the e-mail to solution took about 5 minutes. It wasn't a checklist of questions that would take me 20 minutes to go through including resetting all global settings. Having fixed this so quickly, I now have time to write a review.Added niche bonus, but you don't need separate licenses for each web viewer. Questions were often overlooked or plainly ignored. On the technical side, this software made my Soliworks crash all the time. It changed the fonts of my drawings and some SWs options stopped being available. Suddenly, it would crash and I would lose my work in progress. There were three user interfaces that were a nightmare to use, besides looking dull. Their web app also does not work. We stopped using this low quality product after our customer could not open our files on the web app and my expensive engineering team lost weeks worth of work and productivity because of a bad decision we made when trying this. > > Horrible. It is really good software if everyone uses it has relatively good computer literacy. > > **Nachteile**: It was difficult to configure compared to alternatives, and the software is not easy to use for someone who is unfamiliar with computers. > > DDM was originally purchased for our design team, which thinking back is the ideal use (because designers tend to be a lot more computer literate than other staff). When hearing about DDM and its abilities, the business decided to use DDM more widely - Such as for use of control of documentation (procedures etc.). The team spent weeks configuring the system to manage aspects of Quality, Compliance, Design, H\&S, and the team felt the functionality was perfect. Sadly when rolling out to the wider team, including staff who were less computer literate, it was evident that the system was not very intuitive. The launch of DDM didn't really happen as planned, and it has since been limited to the use of the design team. Quality, Compliance and H\&S have now invested in an alternative system, as the business felt that DDM was not appropriate to be used as an eQMS. ----- ### "CSI Design Data Manager" — 5.0/5 > **Ioan** | *17.
