Also, we work with several service providers. Before properly, we used a Google Sheet to let the schedule. Now I can just blast the listing out. As we grew, the product did not grow with us. There are a huge amount of difficulties with allocation of tasks to cleaners, recruitment and tracking of cleaners at scale, communication, customisation and more.If you manage a small number of properties ( 1-10 ) you will probably be satisfied mostly with this product. If you manage medium to large (we manage 120 properties ) you will spend more money on managing the cleaning staff roster than this is worth. The final straw for us was that we paid 1 year up front, we then asked to revert to monthly payments, all of a sudden the support evaporated. We couldn't get a response to numerous emails and tickets. Finally the company responded with the payment is non-refundable... Mind you, this was over $7000 AUD. It's so very disappointing that a company will destroy a relationship like this. I never thought I would be writing a review like this about properly. I'm not sure if there is a shift in management or some financial trouble, but it seems very out of character from this company.
