> **Vorteile**: iSolved is a great user interface, and is great for managing payment processing. The ease of use is high, and it was one I preferred.

> **Nachteile**: iSolved has two halves - one for financials and one for PTO. It can quickly get confusing trying to navigate which one you need to be in.

> When I started at my new job, we used iSolved for managing both our financials, and arranging PTO/substitute teacher needs. It was easier than any other system I'd used until then.

> **Vorteile**: I like how it tried to consolidate both the HR side as well as the financial side. I used to work in organizations that had two different systems and that was confusing. So, the fact it helps save money and time is good.

> **Nachteile**: The company told us we could have our offer letter from this platform, but it hasn't happened yet. I feel like the sales team promised a bit more than they could deliver. The user face isn't as smooth as some other platforms, but it is not as bad as others as well.

> Overall, it is going well and I am pleased with the changes. I hope that the customer support can begin to roll out more features that were promised to us and if they can do that, that will help our processes.

> For the most part isolved is a great product. I do think some set ups like time keeping could be streamlined as it takes many steps to get set up and maintain.
