Enttäuschung pur - Versteckte Kosten

Kommentare: Allgemein ist der Vertrieb super - bis zu dem Tag, an dem der Vertrag unterzeichnet wurde. Danach stellt er sich tot. Das Onboarding wird einfach abgebrochen, anstatt nach Lösungen für die Themen zu suchen. Die ursprünglich zugesicherten Möglichkeiten sind so nicht zu finden und nach Vertragsabschluss, wenn es dann auffällt, da eine Testversion nicht genutzt werden durfte, fühlt sich keiner mehr zuständig. Auch leider kein Vertragsrücktritt möglich. Wir sind mehr als enttäuscht und haben durch die Einführung nichts gewonnen, nur verloren! Leider

Vorteile:

Grundsätzlich wäre das System brauchbar, wenn es halten würde, was versprochen war. Hier jedoch, durch viele Einzelunternehmen, alles nicht korrekt darstellbar und so nicht wirklich nutzbar. Hätte aber insgesamt viele interessante Features, die wir nicht weiterverfolgen können, da bereits beim Recruiting-System und Support (der sich tot stellt) versagt wurde.

Nachteile:

Extrem unflexible Software. Keine Möglichkeit Dinge individuell anzupassen. Schnittstellen sind extrem teuer zu programmieren oder es fallen versteckte Kosten für Stellenpostings durch Join an, da dies als Zwischenschaltung genutzt werden muss oder eigene Schnittstellen programmiert werden müssen.

Guter Start - jetzt jedoch Hände weg!

Nach und nach mehr Probleme beim Einloggen, dann auch schlechterer Kundenservice - und vor ein paar Tagen plötzlich, da angeblich Zahlungen von vor 2 (!) Jahren ausstehen, Blocken des Accounts. Mit Factorial scheint es wirklich bergab zu gehen - schade

Meets the expectations

Kommentare: Payroll summary feature that allows you to have overview of the whole payroll calculation process helped us a lot during the time we use Factorial.

Vorteile:

Payroll management feature and the payroll summary might be the best when using Factorial. Has great features and really easy to understand the whole points. Training a new comer employee with this product helps a lot as it can show every process step by step, which we loved.

Nachteile:

Too simple and not fast enough when navigating.

More time to focus on other tasks

Kommentare: Reduces paperwork and has a dedicated support experts and consultancy. There is data security and reliability.

Vorteile:

I have experienced high time saving routine through automation. On top of being easy to use, Factorial has all HR tools required to build an intuitive HR process. Shift management is a desirable feature which helps us in scheduling effortlessly. Integration is impressive too.

Nachteile:

None in my experience. All my expectations were well catered for and I look forward to more achievements.

Kommentare: Poor and unhelpful service.Support is useless, if they respond at all.Our account handler keeps sending us PDFs to get us to pay more.

Very intuitive and usable software to record hours and record vacations for your work team.

The signing functionality is very manual. This section could be automated a little.

I like factorial for its employee management abilities including profile creation and payroll management. It easily tracks task done for perfomance related bonuses.

Nachteile:

The dashboard can be made more user friendly in my considered opinion.

Service clients désastreux

Kommentare: La solution en elle même est très complète, presque trop. Mais pas toujours facile à utiliser surtout via un smartphone. Elle est surtout extrêmement chère, ce qui nous a amené à vouloir la stopper. Dès que nous avons suspendu l'abonnement, nous avons perdu notre accès alors même qu'il nous restait 2 mois durant lesquels nous aurions du en bénéficier. L'accès aux documents déposés est devenu impossible, et pourtant nous continuons de payer. Pas la moindre réponse à nos multiples mails, et encore moins par téléphone. Honnêtement, je déconseille cet outil qui pour moi n'est pas à la hauteur de l'exigence et de la fiabilité qu'on est en droit d'attendre d'une application qui stocke des données confidentielles.

Vorteile:

La gestion des congés qui paraissait simplifiée.

Nachteile:

Le service clients absolument désastreux ! Lorsqu'il s'agit d'acquérir un nouveau client, ils sont très dispos ... par contre, pour le reste, impossible de les avoir au téléphone, ils ne répondent jamais aux mails et ne tiennent pas leurs engagements.

Kommentare: Notre expérience avec Factorial a été absolument terrible, au cours des deux premiers mois, nous avons eu - pour ajouter à cela que le produit a été grossièrement sur-vendu, seulement pour nous découvrir quand il est venu à la mise en œuvre que les fonctionnalités promises n'étaient pas disponibles. L'assistance est lente, il est pratiquement impossible d'obtenir une assistance en dehors de l'Europe. Toute réclamation a donné lieu à des promesses qui n'ont jamais été tenues. Honnêtement, c'est la pire expérience que nous ayons jamais eue avec un fournisseur de logiciels. Des engagements ont été pris pour que l'argent soit remboursé alors que la société ne livrait pas, mais ils n'ont jamais été suivis d'effet. Je vous conseille honnêtement, à moins que vous ne soyez une très petite entreprise, de rester à l'écart de cette société. A fuir

Fácil y visual

Overall Good

It looked and felt good overall. The user experience was ok and things were easy to find.

Nachteile:

I really dislike the holiday view, specially in big companies. I much prefer BambooHR's calendar view with people's names on it.

Excellent Software

Kommentare: I'm super satisfied, Factorial cover everything we need for our HR processes and we can save a lot of time by not doing manual tasks.

Vorteile:

All in one HR software, covering everything we need to manage our HR process. Easy time clock and time tracking, PTO, evaluation performance, documents, and digital signature.

Nachteile:

It's easy to use and intuitive. Had to contact support to integrate with other APIs, but they were really helpful.

Kommentare: GREAT! You need to improve customer services / services desk sometime tickets get loss.

Vorteile:

the UX/ UI, how easy is to start with setting and documents to be uploaded.

Nachteile:

When a release is done, we experience several bugs and then we need to figure our what happens. Time tracking, we can't add different work schedules, besides 40-20 hours, e.g. we don't have m-t full day and Friday half day. Signature process som time is quite complicated, I know all this things are a work in progress, and so far I really like / love your solution!

Organising and bringing team together!

Kommentare: Every part of the process has been great: The onboarding, support and the constant available videos, articles and content really prove that Factorial are the best in the sector!

Vorteile:

What I like most about Factorial is obviously how user friendly it is for our employees, our team managers and ourselves as administrators. This is not only useful for organising fair time off for holidays but it also allows team members to check in on who and when fellow colleagues are here - therefore helping them plan projects etc. The social side: making visible different events on the dashboard such as team outings, birthdays, events etc..

Nachteile:

How we currently are using Factorial, all the features are apt for us.

Good HR software for small companies

Vorteile:

The possibility to manage all aspects of our employee in the same place and according to Spanish law.

Nachteile:

Factorial could offer more space to upload public documents for the whole company, and the most important to organize them in different folders, like Google drive.
