Auch für Einsteiger sehr einfach und extrem flexibel

Kommentare: Der PageBuilder ist der beste, den ich bislang kennengelernt habe. Ich mag die Freiheiten, die er mir bei der Gestaltung meiner Webseite gibt sehr! Der Support ist äußerst hilfsbereit und versucht immer eine Lösung zu finden.

Vorteile:

Die intuitive Bedienung des Page Builder ist extrem hilfreich, wenn man eine sehr individuelle Webseite kreieren möchte, die auch von Templates abweicht. Hier bietet Wix extrem viele Möglichkeiten und das Prinzip "What you see is what you get" wurde konsequent umgesetzt. Ich bin völlig frei in der Gestaltung und auch die Anpassung für Tablet und Mobiltelefon funktioniert wunderbar.

Nachteile:

Die Zustellrate der E-Mails war mir zu niedrig, weshalb ich einen externen E-Mail-Dienst gewählt habe. Dieser ließ sich mit einigen Schwierigkeiten schließlich mit meiner Webseite verbinden. Der Support ist wirklich sehr nett und bemüht, konnte mir hier jedoch keine andere Lösung anbieten.

Einfaches Erstellen und Pflegen eigener Websites

Kommentare: Nicht zu aufwendige Websites können sehr einfach erstellt werden. Alles ist technisch sehr gut ausgereift, die Bedienung ist einfach. Der Support ist effektiv und hilfsbereit. Die Website kann auch mit wenig Aufwand regelmässig gepflegt werden. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Vorteile:

Bereits die kostenlose Variante bietet einen sehr guten Funktionsumfang. Mir gefallen besonders die Templates, mit deren Hilfe die Erstellung noch einfacher wird. Eigentlich findet sich für jeden Zweck eine geeignete Variante.

Nachteile:

Ich habe nahezu nichts auszusetzen. Nur sehr selten hatte ich Probleme mit dem Baukasten (Absturz).

Gutes Tool aber ausbaufähig

Vorteile:

Sehr einfacher Einstige und auch zu Beginn sehr günstig.

Nachteile:

Preise steigen schnell und man kommt auch nicht mehr so einfach weg. AI Lösung ist einfach noch sehr unausgereift.

Einfach zu bedienendes Website-Tool

Vorteile:

Sehr bedienerfreundliches Website-Tool. Das Gestalten der einzelnen Landingpages geht wirklich gut, besonders wichtig für mich war die Shopanbindung.

Nachteile:

Etwas schwierig gestaltet sich teilweise noch das Anpassen der mobilen Ansicht.

Kommentare: Ich habe bereits die kostenlosen Dienstleistungen genutzt und war generell zufrieden. Jedoch gab es bei anderen Anbietern bessere kostenpflichtige Angebote.

Ausgezeichnete Wahl

Kommentare: Ein super Tool mit vielen Möglichkeiten, dass ich jedem kleinen Unternehmen ans Herz legen kann.

Vorteile:

WIX bietet alles was das Herz eines CMS Anwenders begehrt. Super anpassbare Vorlagen, Marketing Integrationen, einen App Market, verschiedene E-Commerce Lösungen und Anbindungen, Auswertungen, eine super Oberfläche.

Nachteile:

Teilweise bekomme ich die Meldung angezeigt, mein Macbook (M1 Pro) sei ausgelastet. Das ist schon bitter im Editor

Gut für Anfänger von Websitesdesigns.

Vorteile:

Durch die zahlreichen Vorlagen und Möglichkeiten diese zu verwenden, sind sie eine gute Inspiration für die Gestaltung einer Webseite. Die Bedienung ist kinderleicht und man kann die Tools noch ergänzen, je nach eigener Vorstellung der Webpräsents.

Nachteile:

Es ist Das Einsteiger-Programm für mich.

Kommentare: Sie können die kostenlose Version verwenden, wenn Sie eine rein persönliche oder unterhaltsame Website wünschen. Es ist jedoch nicht für geschäftliche Zwecke geeignet, wie z. B. eine Firmen- oder Vereinswebsite.

Vorteile:

Zu den besten Features zählt der hervorragende Editor mit zahlreichen Elementen, der durch über 200 Apps jederzeit erweitert werden kann. Die Blogfunktion ist überdurchschnittlich und zusammen mit der großen Auswahl an Vorlagen auch für Blogger ein guter Einstieg.

Nachteile:

Wix begrenzt den Speicherplatz auf 10 GB und die Anzahl der Unterseiten auf 100 pro Website. Darüber hinaus gibt es bei Wix keine E-Mail-Postfächer, sodass Sie diese selbst verwalten müssen.

Kommentare: My first experience with wix was when I wanted to start a travel blog. It went so well. It is the nicest blog I have ever had. Lovely stock photos, smooth text edit and easy design. After that, I started a few websites and along the way I learned more and more about wix.

Vorteile:

Wix gives everybody a chance. Whether you are planning to market your products or design a website, Wix make it quite easy and enjoyable.

Nachteile:

I really enjoy wix. It took me a few minutes to learn how creating a blog works on wix but after that it was all a smooth ride.

Wix is AMAZING for Small Businesses

Kommentare: Overall, I adore Wix because I have been able t create beautiful websites with the functionality I need for my Destination Wedding Brides. I use these as a hub for all their guests to go to get information and book their rooms. I also feel like the templates are AMAZING. However, the adjusting of certain sections and formatting can be a little less intuitive on the more developed templates.

Vorteile:

I love that Wix has the ability to copy entire sites, as well as entire pages that I can paste onto my other websites. I'm frequently creating similar sites so this has become extremely helpful in streamlining the process.

Nachteile:

I did not like that at one point for one of my premium sites, I had to update the credit card to even cancel the renewing. Also I feel like that premium site cancelling process is a little confusing.

Great for Beginners, But Lacks Long-Term Performance

Kommentare: My experience with Wix started off positive due to its ease of use, but over time, the lack of advanced features and declining site performance became a significant issue. This eventually led me to switch to Webflow for better functionality and speed.

The drag-and-drop interface is super user-friendly, allowing me to customize my pages without needing to know any coding. I also appreciated the variety of ecommerce tools and scheduling, which helped me set up an online store quickly and efficiently.

Nachteile:

There was a lot of limitations in-terms of the customisation on the website, such as limited relational database connections and integration of 3rd party plugins like typeform, calendly

My experience with Wix

I love its drag-and-drop Visual Editor, which allows you to customize any element of the site. It's ideal for beginners. It has a wide variety of modern, fully customizable templates for every industry. They're very diverse, so your site will always look professional and appealing. Additionally, you can build a personalized website with AI based on what you request.

Nachteile:

What I don’t like about Wix is that it doesn’t allow exporting the full site content, which means starting from scratch if you want to migrate. Some apps require additional payments, which increases the total cost of the site. Sometimes, sites created on Wix can be a bit slow to load, especially if they have many visual elements, apps, etc.

The Best Option for Web Design I've ever found

Kommentare: Overall it has probably been the best web design experience for simple html, css type design elements for a website.

Vorteile:

Wix provides a platform that is almost overwhelming with the functionality that it has. It offers such a plethora of options geared toward maintaining a valid website as a small business. I absolutely love the web editing as well as the extensive reports it offers which is very useful.

Nachteile:

The only thing I find a tad frustrating is how to fully maximize my user experience on the platform because it has so many features and functionalities, sometimes its difficult to locate areas where you want to be because of how much there is.

Reliable, easy to use and intuitive

Kommentare: I use Wix for my site and my clients because a happy medium between functionality and simplicity to use. Plus the more recent update to Wix Studio is superb. Where ive used Wordpress for years I miss certain personalisation however, the security, reliability and ease of use outweigh that issue. Most of my websites are lead generators and glorified shop fronts opposed to heavy in ecommerce so cant comment on that side too much.

Vorteile:

Everything you need in one place. Simple and intuitive layout of both backend and editor. Quick to pick up the basics with intermediary skills a little play away. Im a big fan of how quickly i can check the responsiveness of mobile vs computer layouts. Security is also a major factor that Wix gives great peace of mind.

Nachteile:

Pricing of all the addons and a lack of additional functionality compared to WordPress. Adding a business email for example is about £56pa whereas we know its drastically less elsewhere so there is a feeling of now you're using us you have to accept the prices we charge.

Why i switch from Wix to shopify

I loved the person who helped me in the customer support. I was assigned [sensitive content hidden] as my support person, and they were FABULOUS. I had a fairly complicated issue and they helped me trouble shoot it for over an hour. I was on the support line with Legal zoom (the cause of the original issue), and [sensitive content hidden] helped me find a work around because the legal zoom people were no help. I like Wix overall too, but my reasoning for leaving this review was solely because of the support I received from [sensitive content hidden], THANK YOU [sensitive content hidden]!!! The 8/10 for recommending to a colleague was solely bc there isn't a help number to be found.

Nachteile:

I hate that there is no support line to call directly, but a chat bot that I have to go to & be redirected thru chat forum not a live person on a phone call. It was insanely frustrating until I found the lovely [sensitive content hidden] to help me.

Kommentare: Overall, I love this platform and all of the things that it has to offer if you choose to do it yourself and I love all of the information but there is a lot to know. I would not suggest it to anyone that does not like to put effort into building a website or that has never done it before because over the years it has grown very complex and luckily, I have tried to grow with it. I would recommend having a Wix professional do it for you.

I like all the options that you have to build a website the information available, and the explanations are so very helpful. The fact that i can do it myself and put what's in my head in my website with absolutely not an ounce of prior experience. I like to learn and know how to do all aspects of my business and when I become wealthy enough to have someone else do it I can understand more. But I like it and think it is also fun for my creative side.

Nachteile:

There's so much to know. But its not the fault of Wix it's the facts of a growing industry and its complexity.
