And few of the features that need to be understood can be learned from the video library given in most cases. So, overall a good software.

> **Nachteile**: Few of the things I like the least that made my working hard are,&#10;&#10;1) Your CRM and my website inquiry form isn't compatible and I sought for the solution quite a time back but there is no proper solution for this and till date I have to do manual entries of the inquiry received.&#10;&#10;2) Header (or may be Menu) of the leads page should have "Create New Lead" option (it used to be there earlier which was then removed) even while entering a new lead because after saving the data record, it takes one more step to come out of that record and then again click create new lead option, makes the work slow.&#10;&#10;3) There is one bug in kreato crm that whenever we enter an existing email Id in a new lead record, it shows a pop up message of the same but it doesn't allow to correct it or erase it. The only option is to come out of the record and click the create new lead again\!&#10;&#10;4) This one is my problem more than a least liked feature. Emails and SMSs are not triggered to my phone number and email ID. I got some tech piece of advise from your support team but it isn't working still. As not everyone is software expert. Guidelines and support that are more like a layman would expect and want would help.
