> **Vorteile**: It is simple and easy to track your working time, and assign it to different projects and work packages. This was exactly what I was looking for.

> **Nachteile**: There are a lot of days where I just work on a single project the whole day, but with breaks in between. I know it would be possible to use the timer feature instead of the manual tracking, but as not all of my work is on the computer this is not possible for me. So it would be nice, to kinda have a feature to add breaks more easily without having to duplicate the entries.

> **Vorteile**: I use Clockify daily and recommend this product to most of my clients.  Clockify is easy to use, cost effective and a usefull tool when it comes to task management and client billing.  One of the best things about this product is that it can be tailored to specific needs.  I love that there are multiple subscription levels so most people can just pay for the features they need.  Clockify also offers free basic time tracking.  Once I started using the free version, I was able to really look at where my time was spent and realized I was not using my time as efficiently and profitably as I thought. I also use the mobile app to track time, billing and driving when I consult with clients out of the office.

> **Nachteile**: I have not find anything I do not like about Clockify but I also do not use any of the advanced features or highler subcription levels.  The time tracking features, reporting and mobile app are perfect for my needs to help me manage my business and small team of contractors.

> **Vorteile**: I am happy Clockify works for my needs since most people will just clock in and out and stop complaining to me about it.I am surprised because normally this type of App just crash and lose everything if the Internet is off, but yesterday was that magic moment when the Offline Sync worked at home in office.

> **Nachteile**: However the Facial Recognition is WAY TOO SENSITIVE in the AM during daylight and refuses to allow anyone to clock in. Its awful. Also the Desktop version of the software freezes after an update and you have to completely shut it down. I do not like that there is a limit on Un-archiving Old Employees (Seasonal) since I have to Manually Reactivate each one every single time, which is a complete waste of time.

> Thank God, we are no longer using Paper Time Sheets. People would clock in for their friends before and GPS was able to track that. I simply check the Dashboard and Approve things without having to chase people around. To my surprise, the Slack Integration actually does log the hours fine. However, I did expect it to fail.

> **Nachteile**: As a nonprofit, we needed some very specific features that Clockify did not have and the existing features didn't quite meet our needs either.

> Customer service was lacking and became a pain to deal with, especially in terms of cancelling and being charged/billed.
