Patch Management, Vulnerability Management, Software distribution part are the best part of this product and they are doing great job.

> **Nachteile**: Reporting issue comes sometimes, like after patch update, we can see the patch is updated at the endpoint side but on the manage engine portal side machine is still showing pending and syncing time taking too much. Like manage engine says 90 min refresh cycle it will sync but sometimes it takes more that its committed timeline. It should be improved. Deployment to the client of any software and patches also takes some time too much time.
