The photo index and numbering systems don't export in ways that make them easy to work with or search through after the fact. We keep having to create work arounds for random issues because our needs and workflows can be rather niche. The inability to allow two users into the same for at the same time creates restrictions in certain workflows and introduces the risk of accidentally compromising data. Sometimes large photo downloads just won't happen and you have to try again later. It's not a one stop shop, because we can't digitally map in it presently. > > Once I got some experience using it to collect data and using it to export data collected by others, I felt more confident about using it as a field data collection software.
