We have received quotes that were miles off and then once you sign up, you are informed that the cost is twice as much and so we decided to cancel the contract as it was no longer affordable. This lead to retaliation I would say from Unit 4, they no longer assisting with our queries and demanding payment for almost every little task even installing their own licenses\!\! Since I do expenses for my supervisor who travels A TON, she is able to upload her receipts and add a description. Unless the receipts come in an email, my workload has been significantly cut down. She was sending them to me by mail previously, which made the time on her end and on my financial team longer. We have been flooded with errors and downtime when updates come out or when new employees come on board.
