Intuitive and as the Review object  layouts./fields can be customizable, it has made the process super easy and efficient for our teams to respond to reviews and reduced average handling times.&#10;We use this within Salesforce Service cloud and the layout of the Reviews object/ Reputation Studio is much more user friendly than standard Salesforce case layouts.

Great support and any issues we encountered during the implementation/onboarding phase were dealt with very quickly.
