I'm sure moving forward anything that I have an issue with can be worked out through customer support :)

> **Vorteile**: The amount of training and meetings offered in the Onboarding process is setting us up to be overly competent in understanding and utilizing Opus.

> **Nachteile**: The only thing so far has been that my 2 onboarding specialists were not aware of "Auto-Pay" being a feature that could enable automatic billing, whereas the initial person selling the platform to us and demoing it, stated this was a feature.  I didn't love hearing this important difference and that my specialists were not aware of this, and still finding out if 'auto-pay' is a feature I will have access to. However, both of my onboarding specialists reassured me that if it was initially presented, then it should be a feature\!

> Overall, love the user-friendly environment, the connectivity amongst different parts of the platform, the automatic billing features, and the modern interface.  Also love the affordability.
