Vorteile:

Excellent customer service. Continually updating and adding new features. Respond to client feedback to implement innovative changes. Very user friendly for our clients. A one stop shop for all our business needs.

Nachteile:

I have no complaints with LegitFit and their is nothing that I would try to change.

Great customer service, some quirks

Vorteile:

I've been with LegitFit for about 3 months. I am a sole proprietor with a studio that does one thing, private training sessions. For the most part, LegitFit is easy for my clients (and me) to understand and use compared to other booking services, and I do appreciate Ian's help.

Nachteile:

There are some quirks that are quite annoying and most seem related to time. Once they get sorted out, I believe this will be a great booking platform. The first issue which I brought up about 3 months ago relates to time. I have set the time zone for the studio, but clients get reminders that their appointments are scheduled for totally different times (ie I have put their appointment in for 5pm on a Wednesday, and they get an e-mail saying their appointment is at 1am on Thursday). I've been told to have clients set their time zone, but I don't believe they should have to. If they are booking in person services it should automatically be set to the studio's time zone. I was surprised to have a new client experience this. I had not met the client yet, so something like this negatively impacts their perception of me because it looks like I can't book them in correctly to a session. When I was one time zone updating scheduling for a session while on vacation, I set the time to to something like 10:30am (which is when the client requested the session) but when I came back to my time zone, it showed the session at 9:30am. When I've been updating recurring sessions that are on a Wednesday, sometimes for no apparent reason they'll show up on Tuesdays and I'll have to edit it again and unselect the Tuesday option (even though that was never selected by me to begin with). I'd love to see financial reports in a little more detail

Looks Great & Customer Service is Superb!

Kommentare: We have been hugely impressed with LegitFit. We had 5 demo calls with competitors but LegitFit stood out to us. For a number of reasons. 1) Their customer service is excellent. We get to have a Whatsapp group with [sensitive content hidden] so whenever there's anything urgent, we are minutes away from an in-depth solution. The user experience has been brilliant too. Many members have commented on the ease-of-use. We are very happy to be customers of LegitFit and would highly recommend.

Vorteile:

We love the customer service you get with LegitFit. Whenever a member has a question relating to the app or software, we can always rely on [sensitive content hidden]to respond promptly with a solution. The level of service is second to none, and is always hugely appreciated.

Nachteile:

We'd like there to be more functions for standalone scenarios. As any gym experiences, there are always members who require a slightly more bespoke modification to their membership—even if temporary. Sometimes, we can't always find the right solution in the software so we have to set reminders in our diaries.

Kommentare: For me it’s taken the control of my memberships and the app and system so far has been very reliable.

Vorteile:

The team and professional and personable. Also I see they are being innovative with the product, whilst also building a likeminded community with other gyms and coaches.

Nachteile:

No real issues. It maybe handy to have a app for the administrator to use but not essential.

LegitFit for Small Gym

Kommentare: Great, would recommend for a business who is put off by other companies paying for a whole host of features they do not need. Over the past 2 years very little problems that affected our day to day and allowed us to run the business with little admin needed.

Vorteile:

Ease of day to day use. Payment system easy, set up with the on boarding team was on time, efficient. Any issues solved by in person call or chat same day or soon after for rare larger site issues. Personal service, good price and had everything we needed for our clients.

Nachteile:

Could do with a few more reporting options for tracking memberships, member chat feature not the best.

Fullbody Workhouse Roscommon

Kommentare: Very good, for what’s its main function is for- taking bookings & payments it works very well!

Vorteile:

Customer service is very good, fast & helpful. Ryan who is one of the founders is very nice to deal with.

Nachteile:

Monthly report might be a good idea, giving you a breakdown of overall revenue received, breakdown of overall members, gained & lost. These are important metrics, if this could be an automatic monthly report delivered to the business owner it would be quite helpful.

It's Legit for CrossFit

Kommentare: We are very happy with legitfit both from the everyday product and the occasional customer support service.

Vorteile:

The software takes care of the mundane but critical elements for our business such as membership/package purchase, bookings and timetable management

Nachteile:

I would like to be able to pull reports quickly such as . "How many members are currently frozen" and other variables

This system frees up so much of my admin time, so I can actually train people. Clients love it, recurring payments are a breeze and waiting lists are automatic

No cons to note, the guys are always so quick to answer any queries, or minor bugs

Kommentare: Couldn’t ask for better service, has almost everything I need and the one feature I asked about on the enquiry call was noted down and implemented as a feature within weeks!

Vorteile:

Super easy to use and get to grips with. The transfer of systems was harder than anticipated but the tech team were on hand to help with everything and usually got back to me within the hour. I even had a call with [sensitive content hidden] outside of work hours to smooth out some issues I had, couldn’t ask for better support!

Nachteile:

Nothing I dislike currently, the system has everything I need!

Vorteile:

Booking clients in has been the most useful feature as previously I would have to follow up via email or text to confirm they were booked in for the correct day/time whereas now we are both on the same page at all times

Nachteile:

As mentioned previously I think the admin app could be improved. Sometimes if using the online system via computer I would have to refresh the page when making bookings or else the location of appointment option wouldn’t work

The product is easy to use and set up new classes. Booking the classes is also very simple. I am very happy with customer service, the guys are absolutely fantastic with any issues. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a business to grow.

Nachteile:

I would love if there is an option for booking people for free trial without whole signing up and payment process first. It's about getting people booked for free class as easy and convenient as possible

Takes all the pain away from the admin side of my job

Kommentare: Never had a single problem, with the lads its all solutions and I love that they listen and respond to all feedback. Again I would be lost without what this system does for me and my business.

Vorteile:

It's seamless really and engages more clients for me each week as they find it just as easy and convenient to use. It keeps them accountable by having a booking and helps me hugely to manage my base and income. I would genuinely be lost without this system. The admin hours it gives me back allows me more time for more clients. What more could you want.

Nachteile:

Really can't see any cons to how this works for me.

My experience.

Vorteile:

I really like using the legit fit app. It's easy to navigate and keeps everyone on track with where they are at with each package they buy. They love to get reminder emails about their sessions and saves me letting them know when each package is finished. I love that it keeps track of when a package is purchased and when it will hit my bank. Its easy to change up a session with times/clients. I very quickly learned how to do everything on the app myself. Really enjoying it :)

Nachteile:

I struggle with some clients who would "forget" to book in for a session. I would love an email reminder set up where the can get a notification about their session instead of me texting them.

They listen to their users.

Kommentare: My overall experience with Legit has been excellent. They continue to improve and integrate feedback from users.

Vorteile:

Simple to use booking and payment service for fitness centres. The team at Legit fit are excellent. Quick response to user queries and problem fixing. They listen to their users! I highly recommend Legit Fit.

Nachteile:

Not able to bulk message clients without upgrading is a bit of nuisance.

Best decision you will make for your business

Vorteile:

Automatic renewal of membership and not having to ask clients for money each week/ month, also not having to book clients in manually every week they can see weekly timetable and book slots that suit them

Nachteile:

Not one dislike so far, new features added nearly each month to make app easier to use for myself and clients

No Going Back

Vorteile:

I've been using this software for about a year now. I know that for a lot of Personal Trainers managing timetables and clients can be pretty thankless. The software allows clients to handle their own bookings. You can set up automated refunds and it's even possible to customise your own cancellation policy through the app. The interface is minimal and very easy to use. All my appointments and sessions are colours coded according to the category and I even have my personal diary on my timetable in red that only I can view. I am a very small operator and I was worried about having another expense however since my first meeting with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] I've managed to significantly increased my income as well as profit. Looking at how far the company has come in 1 year has given me great confidence in their future. I'm always excited to see what's around the corner.

Nachteile:

I would love to see the software move to a full app, however I know they are working on this at the moment so it's only around the corner

Best business decision I ever made

Kommentare: I've been with Legit Fit just over a year now after moving from Glofox and it's been the best decision I've made. The customer service is top class, the system is so easy to use both from my perspective and very user friendly. I couldn't ask for more and highly recommend Legit Fit.

The ease of use of the platform is second to none as well as the ease of generating reports to keep the business performing as best it can.

Nachteile:

I have no issues at all with using Legit Fit.
