The UI/UX is highly friendly for new researchers, but the underlying engines are strong enough for heavy-duty qualitative and quantitative research. 2. The files exported from the post-analysis process are quite clean and easy to navigate. It helps with the process of finding quotes to input into the research-writing process. 3. I feel like it is much cheaper than other research tools, which is a huge plus. 4. The customer support team is amazing, and the best thing is they do not generate AI-like or automated emails, which is very good because they will directly help you with any troubles you have. 5. The transcript feature is amazing because it can help you easily classify Interviewer-Interviewees. I have experienced no security or ethical issues and received excellent 'real-time' customer service when I became 'stuck'.
