Only helps the user, who has very good skills of back up Topics, but be aware never buy , if you are networking administrator or some other engineer, because u cannot use IMU software back up. You really either need to learn from scratch or use other company, there is tonn in market

> It is the rubbish customer support for back up. They sell you during the first call the best set up. As, they want to prove that they are the best in the world. However , they are not. As an IT admin, we dont have good skills in back up, thats why we opt for Andreas baumann back up software and their support. After 3 days of work, as we cannot figure out the issues properly and after figuring out the issues, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], wants to leave everything on us, to solve, because \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] thinks, after buying support service, its task of it admin to solve their software issues. Though, we have no good skills with back up, thats why we bought support service package and at end, instead of solution of giving right advise, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], hangs up on call , by saying that , we need to learn more and then use the software. Its the worst anwer of customer service, looks like, we are the service provider and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was our customer. Its just the wrong way to earn money. But who cares on earth, though \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] thinks, that without his help, our company back up solution will not be good, but i assure this IMU company, that we work professionally and understand the criticality of service level. So we do find new solution better and simple. But please all cusotmers on erath, doesnt matter German or any other country, if you dont have very good skills in back up or master skills, dont buy \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] support service, because its useless,
