The support team is responsive to questions/issues but often do not have a resolution or technical expertise to properly address issues. On several occasions, Foundation has made a change to the software that was not communicated that has caused issues with how we use the software. Only after reaching out to Foundation are, we made aware that they changed the functionality with disrupts our operations. The core functionality of the tool is adequate to manage the finances of a construction business. However, you will be paying a premium price for a system that offers basic functionality.
