Having looked around I decided to trial Obit as it seemed the one that suited my needs the most. What made the beginning of this very easy was how easily I could speak to someone and get any help I needed. I was able to set up the documents and orders to suit my companies needs and use the additional functions such a "tabs" as we are very visual. I have a few members of staff that are not great with computers but they have all really taken to using Obit. This was a key factor for me as I wanted to have a smooth transition to using a software in this way. We can now all access the information and see when something needs to be completed, or of someone comes in to pay we now do not need to hunt for a file and invoice, it is all there in one place. We have also found this helpful when recording payments made to third parties as well as being able to reconcile accounts easier as all the information is there. Obit is easy to use on any devise - I have often checked obit on my mobile on my way to a removal, especially helpful if a pre paid funeral plan. Having the function to add in pre-paid funeral plans and upload all documents associated with it means that we have instant access to the information we need. > > **Nachteile**: We have not yet used the accounting aspect of obit -it would be helpful to have a detailed explanation of how to do this. I have created a customer final letter using the documents - it would be helpful if the text went smaller then 8 as this is still large when printed. Having more options when adding a table, in terms of being able to move it around.
