After implementing UserList the software was paying for itself already after a couple of days. Conversions went up and expansion revenue kicked in. UserList is very easy to use and looks wonderful. After months of knowing I needed to set up an onboarding email sequence, I finally took the plunge and signed up for Userlist. Within 2 hours I had everything set up technically... \*and\* I had implemented a complete onboarding email sequence according to industry best practices (which they guide you in writing). What had been on my mind for a long time was implemented so quickly, and just as everyone said it would, an onboarding sequence had a tremendous impact on user activation / retention (+20%).
