There's not an edit button. I am frustrated that there is a 160 character limit for SMS texts. I didn't know this for months because I never received an error message that texts weren't sent. Also, links sometimes don't get sent. I have to confirm and reconfirm if texts were received, and sometimes none of that gets through. It's profoundly frustrating because it's led to missed appointments. There's not even a character count to make sure. I have to open a separate document to make sure I'm under 160 characters. I know this is dependent on the person's cell phone carrier and service at the time, but I feel like there must be a way to fix this. I had to reach out to the google community to find all this out.
