I also like the ability to segment prospects and create multi-step outreach sequences, which helps improve consistency and efficiency in prospecting efforts.

> **Nachteile**: Basic package is VERY limited. Only 1 campaign permitted which can't be edited or archived. The paid-for basic tier feels more like the free version of a freemium product.

> Disappointing after early success. The outreach works well but the basic package is ridiculously limited. &#10;Only 1 campaign is permitted which can't be edited once launched (I've seen previous reviews which claim this is "about to be fixed" several months ago). It also can't be archived.&#10;So to make a change - eg: introduce an additional message into the sequence, you need to permanently delete the whole campaign and all its data.&#10;At $59 a month, it really isn't offering value for money for me I'm afraid.
