Long delays closing the deal, postage costs, not all documents were signed by consumer, if an error in the document, it took long before process was completed. This changed almost instantly with the introduction of Zoho Sign. It is easy to handle in our back office and very easy for our clients. Most contracts are signed on a mobile device by now.
