I wanted something that was easy to use, and which clearly set out and took care of the basics of time recording. It really helps me set up clients and matters, record time and keep track of things, but doesn't overcomplicate things. On the other hand, it is clear that there is a huge depth of capability if you wanted to explore the product to the max to get more analytics and more out of it in general. It's colourful and well-presented and not too complex - it actually almost feels like 'fun to use'. > > **Nachteile**: I have had a couple of snags on log-in (not recognising my password and so on). I had a really great feature at some point where the data for a client file's time recording for a matter broke down the time recording on a daily basis and presented the narratives on a per project/per activity basis, so that I had a really nice and easy pdf to present to a client to fully set out what I had done each day, and on which workstream. At some point I lost the capability to do that, so I would love to find out how to get that back... > > I really do like the product.
