The software occasionally crashes for certain PCs. The PC remotely connecting to the PC that needs support, so our PCs crash. The user is unaffected.

Kommentare: Upgrade to a new version ist also not so easy und do not match the first time . Overall we like the product and also our customers.

If the applikationis running, there is a good user experience. Allfunktionare working well.

Kommentare: Funciona bastante bien, pero notamos a faltar algunas opciones que existen en otras aplicaciones del sector y que nos hacen en algunos momentos utilizar otros softwares de este tipo.

Las opciones que ofrece, aunque le faltan algunas, empieza a ser interesante

Kommentare: Non pensavo avesse tanti problemi ed il suo utilizzo mi comporta molta perdita di tempo nell'assistenza. I troppi aggiornamenti che ricevo mi indica che è ancora alle prime armi nell'assistenza remota. Da migliorare.

Vorteile:

Nulla. Data la mia esperienza nell'assistenza remota, pensavo che funzionasse meglio.

Nachteile:

Molta difficoltà nel collegamento, perdita di connessione, tempi di collegamento ai server lentissimi, lentezza nel caricare la rubrica. Dallo smartphone non si capisce come utilizzare il tasto destro del mouse per il menù.

Kommentare: Il programma ha raggiunto un buon livello di maturità. Ci sono ancora alcuni dettagli da sistemare e alcune funzioni fondamentali da implementare. Complessivamente il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è INEGUAGLIABILE. Complimenti!

En la demo que descargue vi que era un entorno amigable y que estaba a la altura de otras plataformas

Nachteile:

al querer ampliar los puestos, es más caro que la competencia, para los 2 primeros puestos está bien, pero si quieres ampliar, ya es mejor otras opciones.

sfondo del desktop remoto modificato o cancellato, doppio click sulla barra del titolo per ingrandire/ripristinare la finestra non funzionante, impossibilità di vedere due desktop remoti contemporaneamente (finestre staccate), copia/incolla non sempre funzionante, altri bug minori
