Fast, Simple to use, Easy to Integrate, Support is light, and price is a touch higher than others
Kommentare: Overall, I have no intention of leaving QuickBooks.
Vorteile:
QuickBooks is easy to import into, export out of and directly integrate with certain platforms. The software was built with the user experience in mind.
Nachteile:
The price is a bit higher than the competition, so technically its a con. However, I don't consider this a negative because sometimes you get what you pay for and I found QBO to have better features and a better reputation as a whole. The support is not as easy to work with as I would like. But compared to some of the competiton, its better than not having any.

QuickBooks has some disadvantages but it is still the best accounting software for small businesses.

It is Easy to use, time-saving, accurate, budgeting and forecasting, and integration.

It is easy to use, to generate invoices, strike off when paid. User interface generally intuitive.
Nachteile:
The mobile app is extremely horrible. It seems like it is directing users back to the web version to complete tasks and transactions. The WORST Thing is the capturing of Expenses using mobile app is NOT WORKING! I originally liked that I can take a photo of receipts from expenses from the mobile app and immediately sync with QBO, but ever since the GST code for Singapore changed, I have been having problems capturing expenses on the Mobile App. The problem has been going on for more than 5 months (and counting as date of writing this review). They expect me to (1) scan, (2) login to QBO, (3) upload scan, (4) update entry when it can be done via app. They seem to have stopped innovating and leveling up features. It is really quite disappointing really.

Quickbooks is a great software that have allowed me to invoice and qoute and do all the accounting work that i needed for my startup business. It has a user friendly GUI and very reliable. one can interact with its feature easily without a hustle.

It only trouble when one tries to change the currency to their local market currency.

I found the user interface to be unappealing. It lacked smoothness and appeared outdated in comparison to other bookkeeping programs I have utilized in the past.
