Romexis ist aber recht einfach und übersichtlich zu bedienen. > > **Nachteile**: Es gibt keine kompetente Hilfe bei Problemen mit der Software oder mit dem RECU PC. Die Software braucht nämlich zum Berechnen der Röntgenbilder einen extra PC. > > Wir haben Probleme mit der Software Romexis zum Beispiel im Bereich der Funktionsanalyse. Die Winkelberechnung funktioniert nicht. Der RECU PC ist zue Zeit defekt. Es gibt keinen kompetenten Techniker, der uns helfen könnte. Es gibt seit Jahren keine Updates bei der Software Romexis, die inzwischen diverse Sicherheitslücken aufweist. We mainly use it for CBCT images, but soon we plan to upgrade to their more robust version that can hold all of our images in one place. Essentially they are to be our one-stop image solution for our Dentrix based office. The customer support is hard to beat. Any time I have some issue, I can call them up and they are quick to help me resolve the issue. I like how fast they respond to things. > > **Nachteile**: I don't like the training ramp up period.
