Sales & Purchase made simple
Kommentare: Software is one of my favorites for companies with no purchase order system.
Vorteile:
Great for small companies who need sales and purchasing. Sales has records of customer quoted sales and purchases can see what to order. Great way for a company to keep track of purchases and data can be exported to third part software. Purchasing software even has serial column for warranty verification of products. Was great for HVAC and appliance repair company. Great software for company with no purchase order system. Can make everything paperless and user's can view inventory, content and prices with no license. User license is portable.
Nachteile:
Software lacks year end inventory count reset. Reports could be better to show year to date expenses. I had a tough time getting year to date reports.

Kommentare: Hands down, the best decision we have made for Inventory tracking, order writing and invoicing.
Vorteile:
We love the ability to easily enter orders and track their progress. The Reporting is amazing and the ability to customize fields is key to our ability to utilize INFLOW in the most efficient way for our Company.
Nachteile:
There are not many cons. One would be the fact that once we import new data, the new pricing does not update on Purchase Orders. That would be super helpful for us.

Thanks very much for this great feedback, Mary! For PO pricing, this may depend on what kind of import is being done. But just in case it helps: if the PO price is different from the saved vendor price, you should see an icon beside the "Unit price" field to save that PO's price back to the vendor record. ^TW

Kommentare: Very happy customer. I have used inFlow for 14 years and have found very few issues or glitches. Any time I have needed support they have been excellent.
Vorteile:
User friendly, fast loading. It offers all the functionality I need without being bogged down with features I don't require. Customer service is excellent and they take feedback on board to improve the software.
Nachteile:
The cost of the cloud vs on premise. I was a very happy user of on premise for 14 years and had no intention to move over to cloud but eventually had no choice.

Kommentare: Overall it has been an awesome experience. I was sold from the beginning. [sensitive content hidden] to get our inventory imported and get our custom fields setup, it was clear that the support was awesome. We have been with inflow since 2018 and I have recommended inflow to some of our sister companies across the country.
Vorteile:
Technical support is quick to respond and communicates clearly. User interface on the desktop version is very clear and easy to use. Showroom access helps efficiency.
Nachteile:
Having to pay for increments of 5 user subscriptions at a time. Meaning that one person needing to be added will cost you adding 5, leaving 4 licenses unused. Showroom needs an "add to cart" button. Currently, you just increase the quantity, which works fine, it just confuses people new to the process until they get the hang of it. It also leads to people adding things to their cart that they did not mean to add.

Thanks, Louis! It's great to hear the details of which parts of inFlow you're finding useful, and we've shared the Showroom feedback with our product team. And you're right that our plans come with a minimum number of users—like 2 or 5. We don't currently offer plans with fewer users than that, but there are options to add one extra user at a time. ^TW
InFlow makes my life easier!
Kommentare: Super smooth, and very amazing for counting inventory!
Vorteile:
Easy to use. Keeps everything organized. And you can customize it further if needed. We use sublocation as a place to name batches, and it's very useful.
Nachteile:
It cannot use a product to create another product in the work orders. We normally have to use the same product to create more of this by creating a sort of circular reference, but this is not allowed.

Kommentare: Overall, this software has been a great help in my business, managing all aspects to help production run smoothly & CRM management through to managing my vendors... I would highly recommend this product to others without hesitation

The software is user friendly to use & learn, training materials are easily accessible all the time.

The iCloud product doesn't have some features as per the desktop version.

Keeping track of products, and who order or putting remarks were things went.
Nachteile:
I would like to have a way to reserve products for a sale that we are waiting for customers payment to clear without totally taking it out of inventory, but it shows our website that product is not there at that time, so we do not take an order for product that we are holding for a customer. We do not have your full package with the store because we have a website. I would just like to have a simple way to put product on reserve / hold.
Inflow is a very good ERP system, but lacks mrp.
Kommentare: Used it for several years. Extensively use the Inventory module. Probably the best customer support I've ever enjoyed.
Vorteile:
Functionality, customer support, cloud-based, reporting, exporting, value
Nachteile:
Not quite mrp, i.e., there is not a time-phased "Make/Buy Report" that materials professionals look for.

Hi James, thanks for the honest feedback on what we're doing well and what we could improve on. We've released a few new features for manufacturers in the past year, like a full web manufacturing module with routing and prioritization, and we'll continue to look into making things easier for manufacturers in inFlow. Practical
Kommentare: It has all the we currently need in terms of order management and inventory management, and such basic functions are enough so far. But the SQL engine tends to jam very often... it is annoying yet not a cause to discard the software yet.
Vorteile:
Easy to use, easy to deploy and configure
Nachteile:
Unstable, tends to lag frequently. Consumes too much resources. Must be restarted once per day

Kommentare: 10/10 would recommend. Keeps track of orders, customers , and inventory in one stop shop.

I like the user friendliness of this software. Being a small business it makes life a lot easier.

Sometimes I have trouble uploading price sheets.

Kommentare: My experience has been overall good, very few complaints
Vorteile:
It is all intuitive and easy to under stand, creating and managing part numbers and BOMs is easy.
Nachteile:
The only option I know of to see what parts are still needed to be picked to complete a manufacture order is to hit the autofill button.

Inflow Purchasing and Inventory Management
Kommentare: Positive. Simple to use. Provides all the insights to efficiently run day to day business.
Vorteile:
Ease of use. Correct and accurate mapping of incoming POs to final bins after PO receipts, Movement history to track flow of items and all the reports to get critical insights on the business.
Nachteile:
Dashboards. They need to be more concise and automated.
Overall great product.

This is a great way to track pre-owned furniture that we store in our facility. We can track location and value of the product.
Nachteile:
Front end of the product is a little bit limiting as far as the information that can be displayed.

Wonderful Experience
Kommentare: I started using Inflow around 9 years ago. I have had to deal with a few other systems and I can assure you they can not hold a candle to inflow. Inflow has been the system that I have used to build our entire parts organization.
Vorteile:
The ease of viewing product usage to determine min & max levels.
Nachteile:
I really do not have an answer for that.

inFlow Inventory
Vorteile:
The best thing about inFlow Inventory is the tracking and reporting.
Nachteile:
The reporting features are almost perfect, I have one report I need to create on my own, but otherwise the program is almost perfect.
Inflow plus
Vorteile:
I can actually add pictures to my inventory which it makes it easy to find
Nachteile:
I think it's great no complaints here not only is it convenient it's easy and manageable.
Amazing app
Vorteile:
How easy it tracks inventory, user friendly, create sales orders.
Nachteile:
Logs us in and out sometimes, which it would save the invoice.

It's very easy to deploy and setup , user friendly and easy to learn and train your team on it.Customer service is very responsive and helpful.
Nachteile:
It has some missing feature that may be critical for us and will ease our whole order process and fulfillment like product variant matrix.
A dream to work with
Kommentare: Pretty much all the Inventory and work orders, and practical flows of invoicing, sales orders, purchase orders etc.
Vorteile:
Quite simply, it is easy and allows for most functions we need with work orders and serialized items. The Inflow Cloud is fast enough and easily customizable. Great stuff, quite simply. :) And the customer service is nothing short of stunning.
Nachteile:
There are no cons, per se, more features that would be great to add on, as time passes and you develop the software further; the Android client (being able to do POs, SOs and invoicing would be fantastic). There are some other bugs with the Android client, in terms of cost pricing on the products that can be straightened out; right now we can't really use it for much. Furthermore, it would be great to be able to communicate in our own language with customers that are non-English speakers, by adding European specialty letters instead of ? :) And should you move towards creating shipments directly through API (with tracking updates) towards DHL, TNT, UPS etc, that would be cool (check out the Parcel tracker app for Android). And also of course taking the step out towards an own integrated sales platform to a little bit bigger extent than the inventory showroom (like a webshop of sorts), rather than the one-way integration to Shopify, that could be a really interesting proposition for us (however, we understand that it is an inventory system, and at that it is great stuff.

Hi Christian, thanks for the great review! I just wanted to update you on some of the features you mentioned as a lot has changed since your review! You can now do POs, SOs and share/email invoices from the mobile app. The Shopify integration now pushes inventory from inFlow to Shopify as well as pulling Shopify orders into inFlow. Our API is now available to use and you can see our documentation here: https://cloudapi.inflowinventory.com/docs/index.html We do also integrate with EasyPost now, which you can connect your existing carrier to (e.g. DHL and UPS) so that you can generate and print a shipping label without leaving inFlow. Very accurate and easy to use.
Kommentare: This program is so very easy to use. However, the price doesn’t include some features that we really wish that it would. The fact that you can either have cloud-based or device-based is not a good thing, especially when it’s something so important. If we had an internet outage, we couldn’t use it. If we wanted to be able to use it without internet, we lose the app compatibility. We shouldn’t have to decide between the two; there should be an option that includes both, and many people would pay to have that.
Vorteile:
I love that I can use images and add barcodes all in the same place. It is so easy to use and even easier to teach others how to use it. I also like that I can get reports on how many items we’ve sold and to whom. The apps have come in handy so often, because when we did an inventory check, we were able to go around using the mobile app rather than having to go back and forth between the computer and the shelves. This app made life a lot easier, and support was so helpful during the few times we had issues.
Nachteile:
It’s a tad pricey. In order to get the mobile app, you have to pay. This includes permission for two people to use the program. However, this includes support, which is definitely worth it. We would prefer to also have the option to have the inventory stored on our devices rather than just in the cloud, but if we changed to the inFlow On-Premise, we would lose our mobile device compatibility. We would be willing to pay a little more over the already-pricey cost to have the option to have it cloud-based and on our devices.
