Vorteile:

Kundenservice reagiert nicht mehr. Wir haben bezahlt und Smartsheet hat einen falschen Account freigeschaltet. Wir haben darum gebeten, unseren alten Teamaccount wieder freizuschalten. Dafür haben wir auch die Account ID an Smartsheet übermittelt. Leider reagiert Smartsheet darauf nicht. Also bezahlen wir derzeit für einen Account, den wir weder benötigen noch nutzen.

One of the most powerful features of Smartsheet is its critical path highlighting feature. It makes it much easier for you to notice any issues early and try to sort them out. Smartsheet is an online tool, so clients, you, and your team members can use Smartsheet from any location and at any time.

Nachteile:

Unfortunately, in Gantt chart view, there are limited possibilities to customize the task dependencies. Availability features of allocating various resources do not incorporate part-time availability well enough.

A flexible and powerful package

Kommentare: I have an excellent experience with SmartSheet. We use it for any case where a form of data processing is required. From project management to inventory control and risk assessment. Our daily management system is also based on this platform.

Vorteile:

This software package is simple and versatile. Easy to setup, online forms for data collection are very convenient.

Nachteile:

Free licence exists for users that need limited feature. However the software pushes hard to get a paid license even if unnecessary.

Smartsheet - Data to Dashboard

Kommentare: The Smartsheet is a great platform for data visualization and project management. It helped me reduce the cost of two software programs, Power BI and MSP, into one.

Vorteile:

The data visualization along with the data automation helps to get insights of the data.

Nachteile:

The Gantt chart options are to be added more to get a better look ahead & the Cost is higher than that of competitive software.

Easy to adopt and powerful out of the box.

Kommentare: I adapted to Smartsheets from Microsoft Project without any training or research. It is a powerful tool and easy to use.

Vorteile:

Smartsheets has all the classic project management tools in an easy to use intuitive package. The ample suite of templates made getting started really easy.

Nachteile:

The dashboard portions of the application took some getting used to.

Positive Experience with Smartsheet

Kommentare: Smartsheet exceeded my expectations. A solution was needed in my workplace to provide swift communication to our leadership team on negative feedback collected from customer survey calls. A customized Smartsheet template was created and is in full use in our organization. This provided a simple solution to our team. Prior to the implementation of the Smartsheet, we used email communications. This format caused delays, was time consuming, caused email congestion, and were difficult to address in a timely manner. With Smartsheet, our management team was able to develop default questions with fillable blank text boxes for the survey responses within the product. The text boxes also had ample space for all word characters needed. It also had a flagging symbol that allowed our organization to identify and escalate formal complaints to our leadership team at an eye's glance. The drop-down menu feature was utilized template with frequently used answers as weel as names of pertinent subordinate staff and their supervisors eliminating need write them out manually. The availability of these components, as well as the software's ability to transfer the data into a spreadsheet immediately after submission of the entry criteria, made the process seamless. This is clearly an excellent product. It is just what our organization needed.

The greatest highlight of using Smartsheet is the software's ability to swiftly transport data entered into an organized spreadsheet.

Nachteile:

I liked everything about Smartsheet. The software was simple and readily available for use without any glitches.

Vorteile:

Smartsheet is a great hub for information storage and group collaboration. I like that it's basically an excel sheet where you can attach documents and communicate with others across your business. I also especially like the automation feature which streamlines processes.

Nachteile:

There are some additional features that I wish Smartsheet had. For example, I wish you could filter by "This Month". I also wish it could integrate with Outlook a little better.

Smartsheet: Advanced Project Management Tool

Kommentare: Overall experience with Smartsheet has been great. I have been using it since 2020 for my project tracking, daily tasks, monitor reports and so many other things and it provides a great visibility to me, my team and leadership on where we are on our projects with their timelines.

Vorteile:

Love the new slick version of Smartsheet which allows me to cross function and collaborate with multiple users from different teams and also helps me set up a level-based permissions to access the sheets which I think is a great help for my business needs.

Nachteile:

Some times on the filters, it doesn't fully function or filter out the wanted and unwanted data. Also, the same filters when applied sometimes mess up my entire data set

Smartsheet is a good project management tool. It helps you track your grouped dependencies and exported and clear GANTT chart

The sub-tasks were hard to manage within the tool or it wasn’t as intuitive

Though Smartsheet has lot of Pros. There are some Cons too. It has Limited advance features, Performance issue with large data sets, and it is expensive when compared with other applications.

Vorteile:

This is a more effective and efficient tool for tracking all requests for small projects It is a user-friendly interface tool as we are all familiar with MS excel. It's easy to design distinct workstations for various Projects. Even, we can create a separate folder, sheet, and report for each stream within a project. The ability to notify users and the appropriate team when a task is created or changed. This helps us to efficiently handle our requests. The audit functionality within each sheet allows us to easily identify the recent changes and updates. So, we have more insights into what is happening with my request

Nachteile:

It Would also be nice if we could set a dashboard view as the default view for every user It has limited functionality when compared to other ticketing platforms. So, the big projects may find some difficulties with its functionalities

I crown Smartsheet, I do not find anything hectic on it.

Vorteile:

With Smartsheet, I am able to manage projects and tasks automatically on the go via mobile application.

Nachteile:

I have been using it in nearly all agencies that I am currently enrolled and just works fine.
