Kommentare: I am a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher for a large forklift service company. I have customers that need immediate service and by utilizing the GPS tool, I can see what technician I have closest to the customer and be able provide a realistic arrival time.
The ease of use. I open it when I get in to the office and it stays open all day. I can dispatch a technician based on who is closet, which is my favorite feature of GPS Insight
When running a report based on days, it is hard to select the specific days you want without it highlighting a range. Could be a user issue. I would like to see a 'traffic' feature built in as real-time so I could re-route when needed.
Kommentare: Overall, this software is the best I have worked with. Gives you complete picture of your fleet.
I love everything about this software. No Matter how big your fleet is or how small, this is a complete tracking software that is easy to use .
Learning it is the only negative I see, It would be great to watch videos of how things work. Sometimes I get lost when I am looking for a report to run.
Use Anyone But GPS Insight
Kommentare: I would NOT recommend GPS Insight to anyone for many reasons. First and foremost, the lack of communication with their customers is unbelievable. I call and call, but I cannot speak to a representative. I leave a voicemail and pray for a return call that may or may not come. Forget about email. If I get an email response within a week, I consider that a “win.” Second, I’ve been trying since August to resolve issues with equipment. This is December. When I was told I had to pay to replace units that went out due to technological failure on the part of GPS Insight, I knew it was time to find coverage elsewhere. Third, canceling service with this company is a nightmare. I am thankful that I DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. I continue to receive invoices for rental units I returned AND they (acknowledged they) received 2 months ago. I sent shipping tracking numbers 4 TIMES to ensure they didn’t charge my card (on file) for units I returned. However, they did charge my card (on file) for units I returned. After I reported fraud to my bank, they finally refunded those charges last month. Today, I received yet another invoice for the units I returned to GPS Insight 2 months ago. I find this entire situation extremely frustrating and just plain sad. Initially, the service from GPS Insight was great. In fact, I was a customer for nearly 5 years. However, I have discovered there are many companies with much better customer service. Do yourself a favor and use one of them instead of GPS Insight, un
When the units were working, we used it solely for tracking GPS in our trucks.
Poor customer service, no communication, they expect you to pay to replace their units that are broke, fraudulent charges on cards (on file) after units have been returned.

The ability to integrate with our dispatching software allows for easy access to important data. It helps us better service our customers.
The limited devices that are offered has left us wanting more. Additional partnerships with device manufacturers, or expansion of the current manufacturer's line, would be beneficial for companies with trucks that do not need extremely rugged devices, but need a little more than what is offered,

Never had a doubt if we selected the right product.
Kommentare: Helping us manage our fleet and also helps us better route our routes to make sure the drivers are taking the best routes possible.
Easy to use and always looking at ways to improve their product. Like many of the customizable features you can set up to make it the way that you would like.
Updating of GPS software to keep up with new roads. Sometimes customer service can lag on getting back to you but this does not happen that often.
